Prospective tenants (those who don't yet have a tenant portal with us to pay through their online account) may use this feature to send payments as needed. It is always a good idea to check with us before utilizing this payment option as it involves fees of approximately 3%. To illustrate, a $100 payment may only result in a $97 credit on your behalf.
