Formerly known as MGM Properties of the Carolinas, we changed our name and brand in 2023 to make it consistent across all of our companies. We've been in business for more than 24 years in the greater Charlotte, NC area, serving our clients and pursuing our mission. That mission is to provide our tenants with an attractive, comfortable and safe home that their family can enjoy. If eligible, our Rent-to-Own programs give you the option of becoming a homeowner, without the traditional large down payments and strict credit requirements that new home buyers are often subject to.

Whether you are interested in buying a home or simply renting, it is always a good idea to keep your options open, and we can help you do that. We cater specifically to renters, allowing them to rent a home while building up rent credit toward their down payment. This credit may be used as part of your down payment if you decide to purchase that home. There is never an obligation to buy through our completely optional and unique Rent-To-Own Programs. Some of our tenants are content to be renters and that's okay too.
